New Friends
I met 8 new students today. They are wonderful children! I know we will have a great year! A couple of my students don't speak much English, but we got along great!
It was so nice to have some of my old students come by to see me too!
I went to the killer spin class tonight - so after my long day and a hard workout, I am tired.

Sister Christy, I'm so glad I took a chance and google'd your name today. Dad and I just had a conversation about you and I decided I needed to see if you were "online". You see, there are people that God brings into your life, even when you're only 12, who teach you things that you will value and hold dear for the rest of your life. But it's not often that you get to find those peole and thank them.
This Christmas, I will coordinate/direct my first complete cantata. Drama, Choir, Set design, the whole 9 yards. I know I was so young when I watched you do it so many years ago but there are things that I learned from you that are forever embedded in me. And I will continue to draw on those things for the rest of my life.
