Can anyone remind me why I live in Florida?

Warm, even hot, sunny days,
Walking in the surf at the beach,
Riding in the car with the top down,
Getting a tan,
Wearing a sundress,
Swimming,
Where is my Florida?
It would be worth it all if it would snow a little!
At least I get to use my fireplace.
