What was it about being a child that allowed us to have such a freedom to dream? We had great imaginations. We were super heros, spys, singers, and athletes. We traveled the world, hung out with our friends, and dreamed. Now we have bills and responsibilities and there isn't time left for dreaming big fun dreams.
I was reminded the other day that in 15 weeks that I will have done most of the... one day... things I wanted to do. I will be finishing my masters. So, I took some time to just sit and think of some things I want to do... one day. It was kind of hard to do. I tried to do it like I was a kid again, without thinking about the "why" it wouldn't be such a good idea. I just want to think of some... "yeah, that would be so cool" ideas.
So, my list is kind of short right now, but I'm working on it.
Do you have a "One Day" list?
My Today,
Christy

One day to me is each step in my journey. I too have ALOT of those"one days". Sometimes they are too distant for me, but I remind myself the God chooses my steps. Thank u for reminding me that just because Im all grown up that my dreams have to be lost. :)
What a great thing to have completed most of your dream list! I'm often reminded of the thought, "What would you do if you knew you could not fail?" It's exciting for sure. You've inspired me to dream some more...and you, well, keep dreaming big, Christy1 I'm so proud of you:)
